Saturday Fort Worth Accident Kills One, Injures Four

Detectives are still investigating an accident that killed one and sent four to the hospital late April 6 on NW Loop 820 in Fort Worth.

Roger Flores, whose Chevy Trailblazer was struck by Rogelio Castillo's Ford F150 pickup causing it to lose control and roll, was pronounced dead this Saturday. He had suffered multiple organ system failure from the blunt force trauma in the rollover wreck. Though Castillo was initially arrested on suspected intoxication assault, the Star Telegram Article said detectives will likely seek to upgrade the charge to intoxication manslaughter. Castillo and his three passengers suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the accident.
