The CPSC, in cooperation with Toy Century Industrial Ltd., is expanding a recall on around 13,000 Soldier Bear Brand Toy Sets. When the toys were recalled in May, 2007 only around 3,000 Invincibles Transport Converter Toy Sets were to be taken off shelves.

The toys are being recalled because the surface paint on the toys contain high levels of lead, which is dangerous for children if they ingest the lead. Lead poisoning can cause adverse health effects in young children.

This recall includes sets of toys with action figures, dinosaurs, animals, and vehicles. The style code and the UPC number are printed on the packaging of the product. The recalled toys include H.E.R.O.E.S. Dino Mega Cruiser (Style code: 00047; UPC: 4 98567 00047 4), two sets of Dinosaur Adventure Set (S.C.:91068/91074; UPC: 6 98567 91068 1/6 98567 91074 2), Wild Animal Adventure Set (S.C.: 91074; UPC: 6 98567 91074 2), and three different sets of H.E.R.O.E.S. Vehicle Play Set (S.C.: 85939; UPC: 6 98567 85939 3).

These toys were available at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service stores fro August 2005 through August 2007. The products were manufactured in Hong Kong.
