For the third consecutive year, Jeff has been named a Texas Super Lawyer by the publishers of Law & Politics magazine and Texas Monthly magazine. Jeff is listed as one of the state's top personal injury attorneys in Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Super Lawyers magazine, a publication co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media Inc. Among his other honors, Jeff has been voted by his peers as One of the Best Attorneys in Dallas, as listed in D Magazine, and was recognized as one of the top 40 Attorneys Under the age of 40 by Texas Lawyer newspaper. Jeff is AV rated and has achieved the highes legal rating in ability and ethics by Martindale Hubbell.

Jeff earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University in 1990 after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. Soon after earning his law license, Jeff joined a prestigious, blue chip law firm in downtown Dallas where he learned the legal maneuvers used by large hospitals and corporations. He later joined another large Dallas law firm where he began representing people who were injured by the negligence of others.

Since then, Jeff has won tens of millions of dollars for clients who have been catastrophically injured by the neglect of others. His legal wins against doctors, hospitals and nursing homes have been featured in newspaper articles and television and radio reports across the southwest. In addition, Jeff has successfully represented clients in complex litigation disputes. Jeff obtained a state record medical malpractice settlement on behalf of brain damaged infant several years ago.
