The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services has taken over an investigation surrounding a possible sexual assault of a 4-month-old girl at a Killeen Texas daycare.

After being told her daughter had a diaper rash, a doctor examinied the 4-month-old and said the baby girl had bruising consistent with a sexual assault.

Authorities suspect a Little Blessings Daycare employee. Daycare staff deny any allegations of sexual abuse.
